As a Registered Nurse and Fertility & Birth Doula, my heart’s work is walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate the deeply personal journey into parenthood. Whether you are actively trying to conceive, navigating pregnancy after a long road of infertility or loss, or preparing for your birth, I provide grounded, evidence-based care paired with unwavering emotional support.

Having experienced both a hospital birth and a home birth with my own two children, I know firsthand that no two birth stories are alike. I believe deeply in your right to feel supported, informed, and honored—no matter where or how you choose to bring your baby into the world.

For those navigating infertility or pregnancy after loss, I understand the delicate balance of hope, anxiety, and grief that often accompanies these seasons. My background in nursing allows me to bridge the gap between clinical information and compassionate guidance, ensuring you never have to advocate for yourself alone.

When I’m not supporting families, you can find me home with my two little ones and husband, embracing the beautiful chaos of motherhood.
