Fertility Support & Conception Care

Navigating fertility challenges or preparing for pregnancy can feel overwhelming, isolating, and emotionally heavy. Whether you are actively trying to conceive naturally, undergoing fertility treatments (IVF, IUI), or navigating pregnancy options after loss, you don't have to walk this path alone.

As a Registered Nurse and Doula, I provide a calm, knowledgeable presence to help you navigate the clinical decisions while offering deep emotional anchoring.

What’s Included:

  • Medical & Treatment Navigation: Clear, accessible explanations of medical protocols, lab work, treatment options, and medications so you feel confident and informed.

  • Emotional & Mindset Support: A dedicated, safe space to process stress, anxiety, grief, and the emotional roller coaster of trying to conceive.

  • Cycle Tracking & Preparation Guidance: Evidence-based insights on cycle awareness, lifestyle optimization, and body readiness.

  • Appointment & Cycle Prep: Helping you prepare questions for your reproductive endocrinologist or care provider so you can advocate effectively for your needs.

  • Virtual & In-Person Check-Ins: Regular support tailored to your unique timeline and treatment schedule.

Pregnancy & Birth Doula Support

Every birth story is unique. Whether you are planning a hospital birth with an epidural, an unmedicated birth center experience, or a home birth, my goal is to help you feel safe, respected, and empowered throughout your journey.

For parents experiencing pregnancy after loss or infertility, I offer specialized support designed to navigate the complex mix of joy, anxiety, and vulnerability that often accompanies this season.

What’s Included:

Prenatal Preparation

  • 1-2 In-Depth Prenatal Visits: We’ll discuss your birth preferences, past birth/loss experiences, comfort techniques, and partner involvement.

  • Birth Plan & Advocacy Prep: Crafting a clear, flexible birth preferences document that aligns with your values while bridging communication with your medical team.

  • Evidence-Based Education: Translating medical terminology, interventions, and options so you can make fully informed decisions.

  • Continuous Support: On-call phone, text, and email availability from the moment you sign to answer questions and ease worries.

Labor & Birth Support

  • On-Call Availability: 24/7 priority coverage from 38 to 42 weeks (two weeks before and two weeks after your due date). While this is my official on-call window, I always make every possible effort to attend your birth if labor begins earlier or later!

  • Continuous Labor Support: In-person physical, emotional, and informational presence from active labor through the immediate postpartum period (at home and/or hospital).

  • Comfort Techniques: Hands-on support including counterpressure, positioning, movement, breathing techniques, and relaxation tools.

  • Partner Support: Guiding your partner so they feel confident and included in supporting you.

Postpartum Transition

  • Immediate Postpartum Support: Assisting with initial skin-to-skin contact and early feeding setup right after birth.

  • 1–2 Postpartum Visits: Processing your birth experience, checking in on mental health, basic newborn care guidance, and feeding support.
